Site Reliability Engineer (Senior or Staff)

📋 Description

• Maintain multi-cloud Kubernetes infra, networking, load balancers, and observability.
• Design and run CI/CD pipelines using Argo Workflows and ArgoCD.
• Build automation to reduce toil and enable self-service deployment.
• Own the onboarding flow for new products/services.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering for consistent onboarding experiences.
• Provide internal support for deployment systems and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software development and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar language.
• Experience building/operating large-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes and reducing toil.
• Automation-first mindset; prefer automation over manual work.
• Experienced with Kubernetes and containerization.
• Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux internals, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS.
