Site Reliability & Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement observability for all custom integrations.
• Define SLOs/SLIs with stakeholders to align with customer impact.
• Architect reliable, scalable integration designs with cross-team collaboration.
• Own cloud infra (AWS/Azure) for custom solutions; ensure security and cost efficiency.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines for deploying code and infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• AWS expertise.
• Hands-on with Terraform/CloudFormation (IaC).
• Experience with observability tools: Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language; Ruby preferred.
• CI/CD pipelines experience (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
