Site Reliability Specialist, IT Operations

📋 Description

• Apply SRE principles to improve availability, resilience, and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
• Build and support production environments with security and reliability.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and reliability standards.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, telemetry, and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in CS, IT, or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in systems administration, IT ops, DevOps, or automation.
• Experience with production environments and customer-facing platforms.
• Strong scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Linux server administration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, deployment automation, code reviews.
• IaC/tools experience: Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps.
