Site Security Manager

📋 Description

• Represent and implement AbbVie Global Security initiatives as the site security Point of Contact
• Establish and manage relationships with AbbVie site leadership and crisis management teams.
• Act as the main POC for the business with the third-party security contractor carrying out guarding
• Establish and manage relationships with security integrators and vendors, ensuring service level

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an area of study relevant to the position is required.
• Master’s Degree and Certification in security management (e.g., ASIS Certified Protection
• At least 10 years of progressive experience within a major corporation or law enforcement/military.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or a
