📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to road construction works.
• Ensure works align with approved plans, specs, and regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Organise daily site operations, allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress, identify delays/risks, propose corrective actions.
• Lead safety efforts, enforce BESIX and project safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or
• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising road/infrastructure projects on site.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple activities.
• Strong knowledge of road construction techniques (earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavement).
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, method statements, schedules.
• Fluent in English and/or French; driving licence; willingness to travel Belgium.
