📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily road construction activities on site.
• Ensure works follow plans, specs, contracts, and regs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Organise daily site ops; allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress; flag delays and risks; propose actions.
• Review drawings and documents; provide buildability feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years on-site road/infrastructure supervision.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple activities.
• Knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavements, finishing.
• Ability to read technical drawings; QA/QC knowledge.
• Health, safety, environmental awareness in Belgian construction.
