📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to road construction works, including
• Ensure works are carried out per approved plans, technical specs, contractual requirements, and
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Organise daily site operations and allocate resources to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Lead safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site and conduct toolbox talks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or
• Minimum 5 years of on-site supervision experience in road, infrastructure, or civil projects.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple activities.
• Strong knowledge of road construction techniques and ability to read drawings and schedules.
• Quality assurance, quality control, and inspection procedures understanding.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills; strong leadership and communication.
