Site Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Lead all supply chain operations for the London site, covering procurement, logistics, warehouse
• Execute site-level supply chain strategy aligned with global category roadmaps and business
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Commodity Managers to shape demand, challenge
• Support global sourcing initiatives, supplier rationalisation, and preferred-supplier frameworks.
• Drive cost, lead-time, quality, and operational efficiency improvements supported by measurable
• Contribute to supplier performance management, including QBRs, scorecards, and risk reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, robotics, technology
• Experience managing P2P processes, logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary supply chain teams in a fast-paced engineering or
• Strong understanding of MRP, material flow, and operational readiness.
• Degree or Masters in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• CIPS Level 4 or 5 (or equivalent) preferred.
