Sitecore - Lead Developer

📋 Description

• Develop and customise Sitecore XP (9 or 10) solutions using .NET (8/10), C#, and MVC.NET.
• Implement and optimise search functionality using Solr, including indexing and query tuning.
• Manage source control, builds, and releases using Azure DevOps (Git repositories and Pipelines).
• Write unit and integration tests using NUnit/xUnit within Visual Studio, and maintain code quality.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to improve productivity, with appropriate
• Take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, and sprint ceremonies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of professional software development, including hands-on Sitecore delivery.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Sitecore XP version 9 or 10, with a good understanding of content architecture and the Sitecore
• Back end: .NET (8 or 10), C#, and MVC.NET.
• Search: practical experience with Solr in a Sitecore context.
• DevOps: Azure DevOps, including Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
