📋 Description

  • Administer CX tooling (Zendesk, AWS Connect) and related apps.
  • Own intake and triage for Site Ops via Jira.
  • Implement end-to-end agentic workflows to automate routine issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional changes with Engineering, IT, and Security.
  • Maintain audit/compliance and safe configuration practices.
  • Monitor health signals and telemetry to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year administering CX platforms (Zendesk/SunCo): workflows, queues, routing.
  • Experience with high-availability prod support and real-time incident response.
  • Proficiency with Jira intake/tracking; cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ownership of user lifecycle and access governance; strong docs.
  • Troubleshoot multi-channel issues in real time (chat, email, voice).
  • AWS Connect or similar cloud contact centers experience a plus.
  • Experience building agentic workflows is a plus.
  • Okta identity automation and basic scripting is a plus.
