🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ in rare disease.
• BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Product/indication launch experience.
• Account management and cross-functional leadership.
• AI fluency and integrity.
