  • Develop and execute territory business plan for skeletal dysplasia specialists.
  • Demonstrate Infigratinib and skeletal dysplasia expertise; engage HCPs compliantly.
  • Use sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
  • Partner with Field Medical Directors, HUB, and Reimbursement teams.
  • Build relationships with KOLs to expand advocacy.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations and Pharma guidelines.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease or skeletal dysplasia.
  • BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Product/indication launch experience; drive demand through education.
  • Account management experience; develop strategy and execution.
  • Leadership and communication with internal and external partners.
  • AI fluency; comfortable with AI tools.
  • Integrity and compliance with Pharma guidelines.
