  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals.

  • 8โ€“10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ in rare disease; achondroplasia preferred.
  • BS/BA required, MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Launch experience in competitive or new markets.
  • Account management: analyze accounts, build strategy, drive impact.
  • Leadership and communication: internal/external with accountability and judgment.
