  • 8โ€“10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease.
  • BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • Product launch experience and disease-state education.
  • Account management: analyze complex accounts and drive strategy.
  • AI fluency and integrity; strong leadership.
