📋 Description

• Develop a territory plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, and orthopedics.
• Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib and achondroplasia; discuss with providers.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Partner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, Family Account Managers, and HUB.
• Build relationships with KOLs with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
• Operate with a One Bridge mindset across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease.
• BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Product launch experience and disease-state education.
• Account management: analyze complex accounts and drive strategy.
• AI fluency and integrity; strong leadership.
