  • Ensure activities comply with pharma policies and regulations.
  • Maintain selling skills and product knowledge across territory.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease.
  • BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Product/indication launch experience; ability to create demand.
  • Account management: strategy and execution.
  • Leadership and communication with accountability.
  • AI fluency; comfortable using AI tools.
  • Integrity and compliance with BridgeBio standards.
