📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a Southeast territory plan to meet sales goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and skeletal dysplasia; engage HCPs.
  • Use sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
  • Partner with Field Medical Directors, Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Mangers, and HUB.
  • Build relationships with KOLs with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
  • Operate with a One Bridge mindset—collaborate across the org to execute initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic/skeletal dysplasia.
  • Achrondroplasia or pediatric rare disease experience preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Product/indication launch experience and demand creation.
  • Account management and cross-functional leadership; integrity and compliance.
