Skeletal Dysplasia Account Manager (West Region)

📋 Description

• Lead launch of Infigratinib for achondroplasia across West Region territories.
• Develop territory business plans targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedics
• Partner with Field Medical Directors, Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and HUB to
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and advocacy groups with cross-functional support.
• Collaborate across the organization to execute company initiatives with integrity.
• Drive sales results while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech; 4+ years in rare or skeletal dysplasia; achondroplasia
• BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Product/indication launch experience with a track record of creating demand through education.
• Account management experience with strategic account development and implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; high accountability and judgment.
