Skip Charge Off Associate

📋 Description

• Perform daily skip trace activities on delinquent accounts assigned by management
• Service inbound/outbound customer calls pertaining to collections
• Meet daily and monthly collection, repossession and skip trace targets and KPIs set by management
• Maintain clear and descriptive account notes and updates
• Prepare delinquent accounts for repossession
• Review accounts that have been referred for repossession for legal actions against debtors

🎯 Requirements

• Three plus years' experience with skip trace collections in a call center environment
• Auto collections experience is preferred
• Previous work in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry
• Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skill
• High level of integrity
• Strong sense of teamwork yet able to work independently
