Sleep Test Specialist (S1)

📋 Description

• Contact patients through phone calls, emails, and SMS to provide clear instructions and guidance on
• Answer patient questions, address concerns, and resolve obstacles that may prevent successful test
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach in all communications.
• Proactively follow up with patients who have received their testing kits but have not yet completed
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to encourage timely test completion and improve patient
• Identify reasons for delays or incomplete tests and take appropriate action to address them.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, patient engagement, or

• Bachelor's degree preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered.
