📋 Description

• Lead client sales and service at branch locations; mentor team.
• Grow lending pipeline via referrals and outbound networking.
• Consult with clients on bank products to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
• Proactively educate clients, schedule appointments, resolve issues.
• Open new accounts; process changes; respond to inquiries.
• Assist in branch lending; explain options and book loans.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• NMLS Registration required
• 4+ years banker/relationship sales experience
• Advanced knowledge of retail products and services
• Ability to analyze credit data and identify client needs; cross-sell
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Word; strong communication
