📋 Description

• Lead client sales and service at branches; coach team members.
• Grow lending pipeline by deepening relationships and referrals.
• Consult with clients on bank products to attract/retain relationships.
• Educate clients, resolve issues, and solicit feedback.
• Open accounts, verify changes, and ensure compliance.
• Assist in branch lending; educate on options and book loans.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma required; NMLS registration required.
• 4+ years banker/client relationship or related sales experience.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Advanced knowledge of retail product policy, documentation, and systems.
• Analyze credit data to identify needs; strong cross-sell skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and related tools.
