📋 Description

• Lead industrial AI engagements: strategy, use cases, roadmaps, business cases.
• Analyze ops to identify AI-driven improvements in maintenance and quality.
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to define AI opportunities and align teams.
• Develop executive recommendations, presentations, and implementation plans.
• Assess AI architectures: CV, digital twins, analytics, predictive systems.
• Design solutions linking AI with SCADA, MES, historians, and IoT.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in management/engineering consulting in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting in management/industrial/engineering roles.
• Experience with industrial AI, ML, analytics or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts: development, validation, deployment.
• Experience with SCADA, MES, historians, IoT, PLCs, OT/IT integration.
