SMB Construction Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate SMB fiber installations and site connectivity.
• Track projects from design release to customer turn up.
• Monitor schedules and identify delivery risks.
• Manage material availability and contractor timing.
• Serve as primary customer contact during construction.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance onsite.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in cable or telecom underground fiber construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSP design and construction methods.
• Experience managing contractors and multi site projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office; learn internal systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
