Smile CDR Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and configure Smile CDR: Manage Development, Test, and Production environments
• Support healthcare interoperability: Maintain and support FHIR R4 repositories, SMART on FHIR
• Monitor platform performance: Track system health, availability, capacity, and performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues: Investigate and resolve platform errors, API integration failures
• Support regulatory and interoperability initiatives: Contribute to programs involving CMS and ONC
• Implement security and compliance controls: Configure access management, authentication

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare interoperability experience: At least 5 years of professional experience working with
• Smile CDR expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Smile
• FHIR and API proficiency: Strong working knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, OAuth
• Healthcare data exchange: Demonstrated experience supporting healthcare integration workflows and
• Production platform support: Experience maintaining production healthcare platforms, diagnosing
• Database skills: Strong SQL capabilities and a solid understanding of database fundamentals, data
