🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Safety Management Systems (SMS), Organizational Development, or Governance in

• Proven track record leading culture-change or internal communication programs.
• Strong understanding of inclusive culture principles; ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
