Minimize line downtime with rapid interventions during malfunctions.
Balance line and optimize placement speed to improve OEE.
Plan and implement periodic and predictive maintenance; report to management.
Analyze placement defects (misalignment, tombstoning) and optimize AOI/SPI data.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
Minimum 3 years hands-on SMT production experience.
Advanced proficiency with Yamaha YSM20R (installation, programming, maintenance).
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and soldering technologies.
Proficiency in SMT programming and optimization software.
Strong fast decision-making and problem-solving skills.
