📋 Description

• Take ownership of incidents from detection to resolution with teams.
• Troubleshoot complex security, network, systems, and cloud issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Escalate unresolved alerts within your domain.
• Mentor SNOC Engineer I team members.
• Create and update operational docs, SOPs, and knowledge bases.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in SOC/NOC or IT support.
• Knowledge of cyber threats and attack techniques.
• Incident response, triage, containment, escalation.
• Routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and core networking.
• Windows and/or Linux administration.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and monitoring tools.
