Snr. Enterprise Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex cross-functional enterprise projects with outcomes at the enterprise level.
• Guide stakeholders through all project phases: requirements, risk, change, go-live.
• Subject-matter expert on PM methodologies; contribute to EPMO templates and governance.
• Mentor Enterprise Project Managers and elevate PM maturity across teams.
• Manage Steering Committee meetings and prepare decks for executives.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, docs, and archives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years PM experience; 3+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with technical projects and M&A integration initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to influence at all levels.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
