Snr Studio Manager

📋 Description

• Own the studio's capacity management with real-time visibility across locations
• Allocate resources against briefs with the Program Director
• Manage resource requests, onboarding, and flexible capacity during peaks
• Maintain the resource schedule in OMG to reflect availability and priorities
• Track utilization metrics and flag trends needing action
• Resolve scheduling conflicts with Integrated Project Managers and address bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in resource management or creative operations in an agency
• Proficiency with PM tools (OMG/Workfront/Smartsheet) and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong analytical skills: utilization data, capacity modeling, forecasting
• Excellent coordination across multiple teams and locations
• Experience in distributed, multi-cultural teams across time zones
• English proficiency; Spanish is a plus for the Mexico City hub
