Snr Studio Manager

📋 Description

• Own the studio's resource management: real-time capacity and workloads across locations.
• Balance workloads with SLAs and team wellbeing with Integrated Project Managers.
• Manage resource requests, onboarding, and flex capacity during peak periods.
• Maintain resource schedule in OMG reflecting availability and priorities.
• Track utilization metrics and flag bottlenecks or over/under-utilization.
• Support capacity planning and proactive delivery risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in resource management, creative operations, or traffic management.
• Proficiency with OMG, Workfront, and Smartsheet for PM and resource planning.
• Strong analytics: utilization data, capacity modeling, and forecasting.
• Excellent coordination across multiple teams and locations.
• Experience with distributed teams; English required; Spanish is a plus.
