🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in IT compliance, IT audit, or GRC with SOC 1 Type II.
• Finance reconciliation expertise; crypto assets a plus.
• Hands-on tooling in AWS IAM/SSO, GitHub, tickets, monitoring.
• Documentation discipline for audit-grade records.
• Cross-functional credibility with engineers, finance, and auditors.
• Customer-facing composure and ownership mindset.
