SOC 2 Associate Manager - LATAM

📋 Description

• Lead IT audit engagements for SOC 1/2/3 and cybersecurity.
• Conduct security, compliance, and attestation audit work.
• Evaluate design and effectiveness of technology controls.
• Identify and communicate IT audit findings to management.
• Manage IT audit staff; provide performance feedback.
• Build client relationships through proactive communication and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years IT audit experience (Big4 or similar).
• Bachelor's in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS.
• Experience with GRC tools: Vanta, Drata, Secureframe.
• Excellent communication; works solo or in teams; English bilingual.
• Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA.
• Knowledge of HIPAA assessments and security/privacy frameworks.
