SOC 2 Associate Manager - LATAM

📋 Description

• Lead IT audit engagements (SOC 1/2/3) for clients.
• Execute day-to-day IT audit activities and cybersecurity audits.
• Evaluate design/effectiveness of technology controls.
• Identify and communicate audit findings to management.
• Develop improvement opportunities and communicate with teams.
• Supervise IT audit staff and provide weekly status updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, cyber security, or MIS.
• At least 4 years IT audit experience at Big 4 or similar.
• Experience with GRC/compliance automation tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe).
• Active or working toward CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA.
• Excellent oral and written communication; bilingual in English.
