SOC 2 Associate Manager - LATAM

📋 Description

• Execute client IT audit engagements (SOC 1/2/3, SOC for cybersecurity).
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls.
• Identify and communicate IT audit findings to management.
• Help identify performance improvements for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team; participate in meetings.
• Supervise IT audit staff and provide performance management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years IT audit experience (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Experience with SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA, and cyber frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cybersecurity, or MIS.
• Strong written and oral communication; client-facing.
• Able to supervise staff and manage performance.
• GRC tools familiarity (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) a plus.
