SOC / Security Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) and security monitoring.
• Lead 24x7 SOC operations and incident response.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps aligned with best practices.
• Drive threat hunting, vulnerability management, DLP, and endpoint security.
• Ensure timely containment and remediation of security incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of Information Security experience.
• Minimum 8+ years managing Security Operations or SOC teams.
• Experience operating enterprise-scale SOC environments.
• Banking/FinTech/Regulated industries experience preferred.
• Technical expertise: Cortex XSIAM, SIEM Platforms, SOAR Platforms, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response.
