Manage daily delivery of SOC services for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring contractual SLAs
Act as primary escalation point and trusted contact for client stakeholders, from technical leads
Lead periodic service review meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with clients, presenting
Proactively manage client expectations, translating technical details into clear, business-relevant

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in a SOC/MSSP environment, including at least 2 years in service delivery
English C1
Google SecOps (imprescindible)
Microsoft Sentinel
PaloAlto XSIAM
CrowdStrike NGSIEM
