📋 Description

• Own the content strategy for HyperMuse's established IP accounts, from positioning to day-to-day
• Build content calendars and platform-specific plans for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Translate characters, worlds, and storylines into content people share, not just scroll past.
• Track trends, formats, platform changes, and cultural moments, and act on them while they still
• Test hooks, formats, posting cadence, and storytelling structures on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze account and content performance, and turn insights into clear next moves.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media or content strategy, with a real track record of growing
• Experience in an agency, creator economy, entertainment, digital media, or social-native brand.
• Deep, current understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and platform culture.
• Ability to explain why content performed and turn insight into next ideas.
• Strong creative instincts with an analytical, performance-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with platform analytics and performance reporting.
