🎯 Requirements

5+ years design experience, 2 years leading a design team.
Strong portfolio with social-first creative and storytelling.
Expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Figma expert; motion tools like After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus.
Fluent in English with strong communication/presentation.
Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders.
