🎯 Requirements

8+ years in social listening, market research, or consumer insights
Hands-on Meltwater experience; Sprout Social or similar
Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative research, surveys, concept testing
Strong data storytelling; synthesize unstructured data
Expert understanding of social platforms and audience behaviour (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
Proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple workstreams
