🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media analytics, social listening, social insights, or marketing
• Hands-on experience with at least one social listening platform and the ability to demonstrate how
• Working understanding of healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical communications, MLR review processes
• Ability to examine social and digital performance data, identify meaningful patterns, distinguish
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into compelling
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
