📋 Description

• Building strategic campaign plans for social RFP requests
• Building and QA-ing campaigns according to best practices
• Maintaining a strong understanding of the paid social landscape and the latest products, solutions
• Reviewing campaigns daily to monitor pacing, audit performance, and own all optimizations
• Stewarding Basis’ client’s media investment across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit
• Working alongside Basis’ internal cross-functional Operations team, Analytics team, and Digital

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with the daily management and execution of paid social campaigns across
• 2+ years of experience with social media planning, strategy, and campaign optimization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to pull and analyze reports from various ad manager
• Familiarity with first-party and third-party data and tagging/pixel placement
• Detail-oriented and organized
