• Own Flexport's social channels: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram; plan, write, publish.
• Write and edit blog content that simplifies logistics topics.
• Produce our newsletter end-to-end: select stories, write copy, send.
• Design social graphics and light assets in Canva, on-brand.
• Edit short-form video for social: cut clips and add captions.
• Build influencer network: coach internal experts and external creators.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social media, content marketing, or related role.
• Strong writing that makes dense logistics topics clear.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.
• Know social best practices across platforms and timing.
• Basic Canva design editing.
• Basic video editing for short clips.
