📋 Description

• Coordinate and maintain social media content calendars across platforms including Facebook
• Write engaging, platform-specific copy that aligns with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
• Monitor social trends, cultural moments, emerging formats, and trending conversations to create
• Develop creative ideas focused on increasing engagement, organic reach, and audience participation.
• Produce and edit short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and
• Create static and video assets using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and similar platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification required.
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proven experience managing brand social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X
• Strong understanding of African audiences, cultural trends, and digital behaviours across diverse
