🎯 Requirements

1-3 years of experience in social media or community management.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit norms and best practices.
Familiarity with social listening tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, or similar).
Strong written communication; adapt voice across contexts.
Experience managing creators/ambassadors across platforms.
Proficiency with social tools; track KPIs like engagement and sentiment.
