🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or related field
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and platform-specific best practices
• Strong instincts for what resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form content
• Fluency in sneaker, apparel, and broader cultural trends
• Experience with social analytics and performance tracking
