Exceptional writing; make enterprise software exciting and shareable.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, formats, and best practices.
Translate complex concepts (agentic AI, ML, automation) into accessible social content.
Hands-on with Sprinklr and social listening tools; exec social programs/ghostwriting.
