📋 Description

• Own social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Substack, and emerging
• Create platform-native content, including short-form video, posts, and written pieces, in a
• Work with agencies, individual content creators, and influencers, including our own Gist creators
• Grow our audience and engagement through fast experimentation: test formats and hooks, study what
• Partner with performance marketing so social supports the broader growth funnel.
• Track and report on audience growth, engagement, and content performance to shape what we make next.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in social media, content, or community growth.
• A proven history of growing an account or channel from the ground up to a significant, engaged
• Fluent with AI tools, with a clear point of view on how to use them to create better content faster.
• Strong writing, visual, and editing instincts, with a portfolio of content you made yourself.
• Comfortable creating across formats and platforms, from Instagram and TikTok video to Threads and
• Self-directed and fast-moving, and at home in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
