• Hands-on content creation: reels, stories, short-form video, posts.
• Community management: engagement, comments & DMs, cadence.
• AI-native creator: ideate, script, edit, and repurpose.
• On-voice writing for two brands aged 40–70; strong English.
• Owner's mindset: high-output, resourceful, low-ego.
• Self-sufficient operator: proactive; learns tools quickly.
• Valid passport; travel to US up to 4× per year.
• Reliable remote setup.
