Social Media Manager (Tiktok, Meta & Instagram)

📋 Description

• Identify, vet, and outreach UK-based influencers; coordinate campaigns.
• Build/manage influencer relationships; negotiate and coordinate campaigns.
• Edit and repurpose influencer- and in-house content into short-form videos.
• Plan and schedule content for launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage social presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; monitor trends.
• Support setup and optimization of paid social campaigns (primarily Meta) and track ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in social media management, preferably within e-commerce brands.
• Proven influencer outreach, partnerships, and campaign coordination.
• Strong video and image editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).
• Experience repurposing content into short-form formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook growth strategies.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic paid social setup.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset to analyse performance metrics and optimise.
