📋 Description

• Create social-first content for LTK channels (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Concept, shoot and edit content that brings brand and creator stories to life.
• Turn brand messages and trends into engaging social content.
• Develop ideas for recurring series and campaigns.
• Write captions, hooks, overlays and social copy.
• Ensure content is current, visually compelling, and on-brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, editorial content or related field
• Strong hands-on content creation skills, including concepting, shooting and editing short-form video
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, including what works on each platform
• Strong visual eye and understanding of social-first storytelling
• Ability to write engaging captions, hooks, overlays and short-form copy
• Comfortable being behind the camera and capturing content in real time
